Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases of the ADA Title II & WCAG 2.1 AA Digital Accessibility Audit Kit (the “Kit”) from PDF Foundry, a division of Legacy Business Investments LLC (“we”, “us”).

Digital products and downloads

The Kit is delivered as an instant digital download that includes editable Word and Excel files and an interactive PDF. Because the files cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final once the Kit has been downloaded, except as described in the guarantee below.

14-day technical integrity guarantee

If, within 14 days of your purchase, any deliverable in the Kit fails machine verification against ISO 14289-1 (PDF/UA-1) or WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria when tested with Adobe Acrobat Pro or PAC 2024, contact us with the details. We will provide a corrected update within 48 hours of confirming the issue or, if we cannot, issue a full refund.

Other refund situations

• Duplicate or mistaken charge: contact us and we will refund it.
• Download or delivery problems: contact us and we will fix access first; if we cannot, we will refund the purchase.
• Wrong license tier: contact us within 14 days and we will review upgrading or switching tiers.

How to request a refund

Email legacybusiness25@gmail.com from the address used at checkout and include your order receipt and a short description of the problem. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Payments and taxes

Payments are processed by Stripe. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated and collected at checkout and is returned with the refund.
