Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information PDF Foundry, a division of Legacy Business Investments LLC (“we”, “us”), collects when you visit pdf-foundry.com or buy the ADA Title II & WCAG 2.1 AA Digital Accessibility Audit Kit.

Information we collect

• Order information: your name, email address, billing address, tax ID (if you provide one), and payment details, collected by our payment processor, Stripe, when you check out. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Messages you send us: information in emails you send to us, such as support or refund requests.
• Technical data: like most websites, the servers that host and deliver this site (GitHub Pages and content delivery networks) may log your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request.

This site does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or user accounts.

How we use information

• to process payments, deliver the Kit, and send order receipts;
• to provide support, handle refunds, and respond to your messages;
• to keep records required for taxes, accounting, and legal compliance;
• to protect the site and prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers needed to operate the store, and only as needed to do so: Stripe (payments, tax, receipts, fraud prevention), Google Drive (hosting the download file; the download link does not identify you), and GitHub (website hosting). Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information.

Third-party resources

Pages load a styling library from a content delivery network (cdn.tailwindcss.com), which can see your IP address when your browser requests it.

Retention

We keep order and tax records for as long as the law requires, and support emails for as long as needed to resolve your request.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Residents of some states and countries have additional rights under local law. Email legacybusiness25@gmail.com to make a request.

Children

The Kit is intended for professionals and organizations. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new effective date at the top of this page.
